3 cups cooked lutefisk
2 cups cooked rice
3 beaten eggs
2cups milk
1/2 cup cream
1 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt

place in buttered dish and bake at 300. Good to add melted butter on top of cooked dish.

Personal Notes:
Better than lutefisk filets. When cooking lutefisk, start out with good lutefisk (from Day, Mn), Place in pot of cold salted water and bring to boil. In less than minute remove and place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Dot with butter and place under broiler for short time. May salt before serving. Lutefisk should be flakey, never slimey/jelly consistency.
