1/2 C orange juice
1/3 C lime juice

2 T honey
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
1. In a large bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine orange and lime juices, oil, honey, garlic and pepper. Add the chicken and let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.

2. Prepare the grill for med heat, placing rack about 4 inches from the coals. Remove chicken from marinade, discard liquid. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken. Grill, turning occasionally with tongs, until golden brown and cooked through, 25-35 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, using a small sharp knife, peel the oranges, cutting through the peel, the pith and the outer membrane of the orange segments. Separate the segments by cutting between the membrane and the fruit.

4. Place the chicken on a platter. Garnish with the orange segments.
