1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 cup chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Dissolve soda in milk. Add flour and salt alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Add rhubarb. Top with 1/4 sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
