3 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups ground zucchini
1 small can pineapple
Add: 3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 tsp cinnamon

Mix and bake at325 for 1 hr

I like to use small loaf pans and bake 20-30 min. I like best to not use pineapple. Add raisens and white chocolate chips. Chocolate chips are good also. Use applesauce instead of oil. Add small amt. of oil
I make a large batch and freeze.
