8 slices bread - cubed ( I like a Pugliese or Como bread)
1 C. sharp Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1C. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
10 Eggs
2 C. Milk
2 tsp. dried mustard
2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
salt - to taste
1/2 small yellow onion - chopped
Red, Orange or Yellow Peppers (to taste) - chopped
Ground Pork Chorizo ( 1 lb.) cooked and drained




Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan (greased)
2. Spread cubed bread evenly; cover w/ cheeses.
3. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Mix and add all remaining ingredients to eggs. Mix again.
5. Pour over bread & refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.

Can add a Poblano pepper chopped and with seeds removed.
