1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 cup shredded carrots
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
