1 Garlic Clove - minced
1 (15 oz.) Can Chickpeas - rinsed & drained
1/4 C. Tahini
2 T. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
Pinch of smoked Paprika
Extra virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place garlic in bowl of a food processor, pulse until chopped. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and salt. Process until mixture forms a smooth paste.

2. Spoon hummus into a deep dish. Sprinkle paprika on top & drizzle with Olive Oil.

I like to brown some pinon (pine) nuts and sprinkle on top. Serve with veggies or pita type breads.
