1 Qt water
2 1/2 cup sugar
9 tsp instant coffee
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup vodka
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and put sugar and instant coffee in and bring to boil. Simmer 3 hrs over low flame. Allow to cool and add vanilla and vodka.
Refrigerate
