1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Onions Chopped
1 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 Egg
2 Slices of White Bread Soaked in Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup Luke Warm Water
Spices to Taste (salt, peeper and oregano)
Flour (To Roll the Meat Balls in)
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients and then let the meat rest for a few hours in the refrigerator or you can make the mixture the night before. Roll meat to the desired size and then roll in the flour. Fry in vegetable oil or bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam at 375º for about 30 minutes or until completely cooked through.
