Light corn syrup
Peanuts
Butter or margarine
Vanilla
Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave safe glass bowl, mix together 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup light corn syrup. Stir and microwave for 4 minutes.

Stir in 2 cups peanuts with a wooden spoon and microwave for another 3 minutes.

Stir in 1 teaspoon butter/margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes.

Blend in 1 teaspoon baking soda until mixture is light and foamy. Spread onto parchment paper that has been placed on a cookie sheet. Let cool.

Use parchment paper on the baking sheet
