1 pkg. (fresh spinach)
2 T. butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, spinach and garlic in butter until tender. About 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly in the middle. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes just until cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips, additional sour cream and salsa.
