6 cups Pillsbury© bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 cup starter
1/2 cup corn oil
1 1/2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pat top with oil. Cover lightly with foil and let rise for 8 to 12 hours at room temperature. Punch down and knead just a little. Divide into 3 or 4 pats -- knead each part 12 to 15 times on floured board. Put into greased loaf pans. Brush tops with oil. Cover with oiled waxed paper and two dish towels. Let rise in pans for 8 to 12 hours at room temperature. Bake at 325º - 350º for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans, brush tops with melted butter. Cool on racks. Makes 3 - 4 regular loaves.
