1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet of taco seasoning
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of milk
3 cups of Fritos
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix soup, seasoning, milk, and 1 and 1/2 cups cheese in a bowl. Place chicken in casserole baking dish and cover with sauce/mix then top with Fritos. Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Remove cover and top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes. **Great if served with white rice. I recommend using the extra sauce as a dip for extra Fritos as well. Just warm in the microwave!

I have a 6 month old so I really do not have time to prep our meals. I have to get things done quickly so this meal is great because it takes no time to prepare and then I just throw it in the oven!
