Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together both packages of cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla. Separate and spread 1 package of crescent rolls in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Pinch the edges of the crescent rolls together to create a crust. Spread cream cheese mixture over the uncooked crust. Spread the remaining package of crescent rolls over the top of the cream cheese mixture, forming a pie-like top. Whip the egg whites and cinnamon together until frothy. Spread egg whites over the top of the crescent rolls. Bake for 30 minutes or until crescent rolls are browned (depending on oven). Cut into squares after it cools and store in refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a German dish. My husband's aunt made it for us and I loved it, so I began making it for special occasion like showers or holiday dinners. It's great for a breakfast dish. It can also be topped with different types of fruit or nuts.
