1½ lb Pork roast cook and cut up into small strips
3 lb Chicken whole chicken cook cut up small pieces
4 lb Beef stew meat (Sautee with onion)
6 lb Potatoes (new or red)
2 bunches Carrots cut up into ¼’ to ½ “slices
1 bunch Celery cut up into ¼’ to ½ “slices
8 Onions
3 can corn
3 can lima beans
Cook meats ahead of time a day or so add to wash pot cover with water
Drain all veggies if canned
Salt
Pepper

Start by adding carrots and celery cook 15 min
Then add all other ingredients
Cook until celery is done remove from heat
