1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 head fresh garlic, chopped
Diced:
3 green onions
1/2 yellow squash
2 small zucchini squash
10 baby carrots
1/2 bell pepper
8 oz package fresh mushrooms
1 can black olives
5 asparagus spears
1/2 bottle capers
Crushed red chilies
Cayenne pepper
Basil flakes
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all veggies in extra virgin olive oil, about 4 Tb. Add tomatoes & tomato sauce. Add 1 Tb basil, 1/4 tsp crushed red peppers, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt to taste.

Serve over hot pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
