400g cooked rice
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 ripe tomatoes
250g of squid
250g of shrimp
1 lobster
100ml of olive oil
1/2 glass of red wine
1200ml of fish soup (can be made by boiling heads and shells of shrimp in water)
squid ink

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables really thin except tomatoes and fry lightly in the olive oil. Shell the squid and cut them into pieces. Add them to the vegetables when the onions are transparent. Cut the lobster into pieces adding it when the squid is done and fry it lightly for 2 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and proceed to add them. Fry lightly for another 2 minutes. Add the squid ink previously mixed with the red wine. Add 1200ml of fish soup or the soup obtained by cooking the shells and heads of the shrimps. Let it boil for 15-17minutes. Let it rest 5 minutes before serving with the cooked rice.
