Beef brisket
salt & pepper

Coleslaw
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Trim (or buy pre-trimmed) brisket, salt & pepper, and brown well in greased pan or electric skillet. Brown until almost burnt. Place in roasting pan with fat side up. Seal very tightly with foil and bake @ 275 for 6 hours.
Pull meat apart into strings, removing fat. Place stringed beef in heated flour tortillas and top with coleslaw.
