Qt fish cup up
5/8 cup salt
Cover with vinegar.
Wine/vinegar solution:
4 cup white vinegar
3 c white wine
1 quart sugar
1 1/4 oz pickling spice


Directions:
Directions:
Let stand in vinegar for 5 days. Rinse in cold water. Place fish in jars, cut onions. Cover with wine/vinegar solution and let stand 4 weeks.
