1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Slowly add 2 cups sifted flour and salt. Add nutmeats last. Dough will be very crumbly. Shape into small cookies by hand approximately 1 1/2 inches across and 1 inch thick. Place close together on cookie sheet (cookies will not spread). Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes. Shut oven off and let set in oven until cold. Dip in powdered sugar when cool.
