2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup hot water
2 Tbsp. flour
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup light cream
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, set aside to cool. Put flour and pepper into small saucepan and very slowly add cream, stirring constantly. Add bouillon and thicken over low heat, still stirring constantly. Place mushrooms in a 1-1/2 quart shallow casserole or four small ramekins. Pour flour mixture over mushrooms. Top with butter, bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
