4 Bacon Slices, diced
1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
2 Cups Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large frying pan on medium for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Transfer with slotted spoon to paper towel-lined plate to drain. Drain a discard all but 1 tsp drippings.
Add onion to same pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until onion is softened.
Add peas and red pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peas are tender. Transfer to serving dish.
Add dressing and bacon. Stir.
