Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pounds pork - I use pork cushion meat but pork butt is good too.
2 cups BBQ sauce - I use Sonny's Sweet Sauce but if you want a bolder less sweet taste use whatever is your favorite.
1/3 cup cola
1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chipotle powder OR 3/4 tsp chopped chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim meat but leave some fat on. Cut into large chunks and put in pot. Mix sauce ingredients and pour 1 1/2 cups of sauce over meat. Either cook 8 hours in crock pot or 1 hour in "The Pot." Drain and discard sauce (I pour it in a colander.). Shred meat with 2 forks, put back in pot and add the other 2 cups prepared sauce. Heat just until warmed through. Serve on buns with mashed potatoes or rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Note: When I made it Friday I didn't have any JD so I just increased my cola by 1/4 cup. Tasted the same to me. When I made it to sell, I had to use the JD but the alcohol cooks off anyway. I make a large batch, portion it up raw in ziploc bags and freeze it. When you want to cook it, just pull it out of freezer.

Makes 3 1/2 cups of sauce.
