3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dates
1 cup chopped pecans
3 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together, mix in remaining ingredients well, pour into a greased 16" X 12" baking pan. Bake at 300º for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares while warm and roll up, roll in powdered sugar. Pack tightly in a container until cool,, so they will remain rolled.
