8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 small package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
8 oz. milk
Two 8 oz. containers of Cool Whip
Two 8" or 9" pie crust (graham cracker is good)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla. Add 8 oz. Cool Whip, don't over-work it. Divide into the pie shells. Now beat together the milk and pudding mix for one minute, fold in the other Cool Whip until blended. Divide this between the two pie shells. Garnish the top with Cocoa powder, or shaved dark chocolate. Refrigerate for two hours and serve.

I call it my 8 ounce pie. Great for diabetics and kids alike. Taste like a Reeses Cup.
