Ingredients:
Ingredients:
126 Cheez-It crackers
Creamy peanut butter
White bark coating (I used Ambrosia brand and used 8 squares)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter on a 1" square Cheez-It cracker then top with another Cheez-It cracker. Prepare desired amount. (I just put 126 total crackers because that is what 8 squares will cover). Put white bark coating squares in microwavable dish and melt, 30 seconds at a time. After second and third time, stir until well melted. Dip your crackers in coating. Using a fork, scoop coating up over top of cracker, scrape a small amount off and, using fork, set on waxed paper or aluminum foil. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from my second cousin, Aimee Yates. She called it Dipped Cheez-It Crackers. I renamed it Butterfinger Bites

You can do this with Ritz crackers as well, White and dark bark. They make real nice gifts at holiday time when you put them in the holiday tins or just on a plate with a paper doilie.
