3 sticks of butter
¾ cup of 7-Up
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups sugar
5 eggs well beaten
3 cups all purpose cake flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until smooth and clear. Add 1 cup of flour and ¼ cup of 7-Up then repeat, I cup of flour ¼ cup of 7-Up then add eggs, vanilla, remainder of flour and ¼ cup of 7-up and pour into greased pound cake pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour until cake is done.
