3 cups powdered sugar
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Caramel Coating
14 ounces caramels
3 Tablespoons water
2 cups chopped salted nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix center ingredients well, kneading till smooth. It will seem very dry.
2. Shape into 1" balls, roll them in wax paper.
3. Freeze for 2 hours.
4. Melt caramels with water and beat well.
5. Roll ball in caramel and then into chopped nuts.
6. Keep in an airtight plastic container lined with wax paper and keep refrigerated.
7. Keeps 2-4 weeks.
