6 Vine ripe Tomatoes.
1 Green Pepper.
1 Vadalia Onion.
1 Red Pepper.
1 Can of Tomato Sauce 8 ounces.
1 Bunch of Cilantro.
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic.
1 Tablespoon of Sugar.

Directions:

Dice all of the ingredients and add to a mixing bowl.

Pour in the tomato sauce.

Add the sugar and mix all together.

For a less liquid salsa, do not add the tomato sauce, or simply reduce the amount added.
This recipe is for mild salsa, if you want to bring on the heat, simply add chili powder, cayenne pepper powder or your favorite hot sauce.
Salsa is best when it has an hour to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Use with your favorite tostitos.
