Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray medium size baking dish with cooking spray. Wash off chicken in cold water and trim fat (if desired). Place chicken in dish and add Creole seasoning to both sides, liberally. Add a little bit of water and bake in oven for 40-45 minutes.

We usually have green beans and mashed potatoes with this, but side dishes are of your preference.
