Bisquick, wieners, (cheese optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º
Make rolled biscuits as directed on Bisquick package.
Roll dough about 1/4" thick into rectangular shape.
Cut into 4x3" oblongs.
Wrap each oblong around a wiener, letting ends of wiener peep out.
Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.

You could maybe use ready made biscuit dough that comes in the tube. I never have.

If using Bisquick recipe, you can also cut the oblongs longer. Cut an opening length wise on the wiener. Place a small slice of cheese in opening and wrap the dough around the wiener and pinch closed on both ends and side. Bake for the same amount of time.

This recipe came out of a cook book that is for Boys & Girls that I was given as a child. This was my favorite recipe out of the whole book.
