1 16oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise*
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 to 2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1/2 cup crushed cheese flavored snack crakers
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain. In a bowl, combine soupm mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, and onion. Stir in broccoli. Pout into a greased/buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
*Reduced-fat or fat free mayonnaise may be substituted for regular mayonnaise.
