1 21oz can apple pie filling
1 graham cracker crust
2 blocks cream cheese (8oz)
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Reserve 3/4 cup of pie filling; set aside. Spoon remaining filling into the crust. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well pour this over the pie filling.

Bake 30 to 35 min until set. Cool to room temp.

Mix the reserved pie filling and caramel in a small saucepan and heat for about 1 minute until spreadable. Spoon the mixture over the tom of the cheesecake. Refrigerate until ready to serve
