1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 cup grated carrots
Filling/Icing:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with eggs to butter and sugar mixture. Add carrots. Bake at 350º about 35 minutes. Mix filling ingredients and spread on cake.
