Container of Egg Beaters
Plastic Zip Lock Freezer bags
Pot of Boiling Water
Assorted Add Ins----Bacon bits, Onions, Cheese, or anything else you like. Tomatoes make this runny so don't use before cooking.

Directions:
Directions:
Have pot of water gently boiling. Put in about l C. or more of Egg Beaters. (or beaten eggs) Add the items you want in your omelet. Express all air then Zip bag. Place in water for about 15 minutes. Viola!! Unzip and slide onto your plate. Salt and pepper my be added anytime - before or after cooking.

This is great for kids as they will feel they are more apart of the process. You can cook as many as your pot will hold while maintaining the slow boil. What a fun thing to do out in the wilderness.
