6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1T. water
1 stick margarine or butter
4c. Special K cereal
Half Gallon Ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, water and margarine together.
Add Special K cereal. Stir and form into pie crust in the pan.
Soften the ice cream. Add to the crust and freeze. Drizzle chocolate sauce over before serving.

Never thought about anything but vanilla ice cream when I made this, but coffee ice cream would really be good or chocolate chip mint.
