1-1/2c. raisins
1c. water
1/2c. sugar
1T. vinegar
1T. cornstarch
1/2t. cinnamon
1/2 stick margarine or butter
2 pie shell or three if you are going to use lattice work on top of pie as she did.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients until slightly thickened. Pour into pie crust and top with lattice work crust. Bake 375º until crust is brown.

Aunt Emmy wrote that this was Virgils favorite pie and she made up this recipe herself. She doesn't have the amount of time to bake, but I would assume at least 30 mins.
