1/4 c walnuts or pecans
4 pears
2 oz goat cheese
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
salad greens 4 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Clear and slice pears. if firm add small amt of water & little sugar and soften in a pan
Make goat cheese into small balls and roll in finely chopped nuts.
Mix oil vinegar and sugar for dressing
Mix salad and place pears and cheese balls on top.Sprinkle with candied nuts if desired
