1/2 cup Mayo,
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing,
16 ozs. sauerkraut rinsed and squeezed dry.
8 ozs shredded corned beef,
16 ozs. shredded swiss cheese.

Serve with rye bread or crackers.

Grease pan well. Preheat oven to 350º. In small bowl, combine mayo and dressing. Spread sauerkraut into a 9x13 pan. Layer corned beef, swiss cheese, and the mayo-dressing mixture on top of the sauerkraut. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
I mix everything together and put it in a small crockpot and just keep stirring until everything is melted. Good either way.

Mom loved sauerkraut. When she worked at the hydroponic tomato place her boss would make frozen pizza dressed up with sauerkraut for lunch.
