8 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed, and boiled until tender
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/2 c cheese (or more)
8 oz sour cream
chopped onion to taste
1 c chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes (optional)
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the potatoes and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir together the rest of the ingredients and gently fold into the potatoes. Top with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes and cheese. Bake until warmed up thoroughly and bubbly on the edges.
