Crust:
1 c flour
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter

Filling:
2 c pumpkin puree
1 2/3 c milk
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt

Topping:
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped nuts
1/4 c butter
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients of the crust together. Cut in the butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. While it is baking beat together the filling ingredients until smooth. Remove crust from oven. Pour filling into hot crust and bake for 15-20 minutes. While that is baking, mix together the topping, cutting the butter into the dry ingredients. Remove the pie from the oven when done and sprinkle with the topping. Quickly return to the oven for 10-15 minutes longer.
