1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c butter
6 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix all dry ingredients in a gallon sized Ziplock bag. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan in the oven and pull out. Peel and quarter potatoes lengthwise. Rinse in cold water. Place 1/2 of the cut potatoes into the bag. Shake well to coat. In a single layer, put potato wedges into the buttered pan. Repeat until all wedges are used. Sprinkle any remaining Parmesan mixture over the top. Bake for 50- 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
