1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 egg
1 T milk
chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a shallow dish (I like to use my round cake pans). In a bowl, slightly beat the egg and milk. Dredge the rinsed chicken breasts in the egg/milk mixture. Evenly coat the chicken with the dry ingredients. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with tinfoil. Bake at 350º for one hour.
