9 potatoes (Yukon gold), peeled and cubed
6 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 TBL butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender but still firm. Drain and mash potatoes until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper and butter. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Drizzle 2 TBL melted butter over top and bake for 30 minutes (or heat for a few hours in a crockpot) º
