2 cups rice, uncooked
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup diced onions
3 cans chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in the casserole dish in the oven and put in onions. Mix rice, water, and broth into the casserole dish with butter.
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Add mushrooms, peas, and almonds and cook until rice is done about 30 more minutes.
