long grain white rice
olive oil
chicken broth
green onion, chopped
garlic, minced
cilantro, destemmed
jalapeņo
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the rice before cooking in a little olive oil till opaque. Stir in finely chopped green onion and garlic.
Cook rice as directed using chicken broth instead of water.
Before serving stir in butter, finely chopped cilantro and a tiny bit of chopped jalapeņo.

There are no ingredient amounts because you will use the amount of rice and liquid as directed on the package. Use broth instead of water. My sister-in-law Monica gave us this one.
