Crust:
1/2 c margarine or butter
1 c flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans

2nd Layer:
1 8 oz cream cheese (soften)
1 c powdered sugar
1 8 oz container cool whip

3rd Layer:
2 sm pkgs chocolate instant pudding
2 c cold milk

4th Layer:
1 8 oz container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Melt the butter or margarine.
Add the flour, sugar and pecans.
Stir and press into 9x13 cake pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes until brown.
Cool.

2nd Layer:
Beat the cream cheese.
Add the powdered sugar and mix. Stir in the cool whip.
Drop by spoonfuls on crust and the spread (crust breaks easily).

3rd Layer:
Mix, whip or beat the chocolate pudding and milk.
Whip approximately 2 min or until thick.
Drop by spoonfuls on 2nd layer and then spread.

4th Layer:
Spread cool whip over 3rd layer and sprinkle crushed pecans on top of cool whip.

Refrigerate at least 1 hr and serve.
