1 stick of butter or margarine (room temperature)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup flaked coconut
5 eggs separated
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 3-9 inch cake pan.
Combine butter, oil, flour, sugar, buttermilk, coconut, and peanut butter along with egg yolks. Beat with electric mixer 2 minutes until well blended. Beat eggs whites in separate bowl until stiff. Fold egg whites into cake mixture and divide into 3 cake pans. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
