15 oz. can black beans
15 oz. can kidney beans
15 oz. can garbanzo beans
15 oz. creamed corn
4 oz. chili mix
30 oz. diced tomato
4 tbsp.barbecuq sauce
1-2 tbsp.olive oil
1 packet taco seasoning

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in the pot and cook for 20-25 min.
Serve with sour cream, cheese or yogurt.
