1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c uncooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c minced onion
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp shortening
1 sm garlic clove, minced
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 c tomato soup with ground beef, uncooked rice, egg, onion, parsley, and salt.

Shape into balls about 1 1/2" in diameter (about 16).

Brown in shortening with garlic in a large skillet.

Blend in the rest of the can of soup and water.

Cover.

Simmer about 40 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring now and then.
